We offer free delivery to all major cities and towns within 3 - 5 business days.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not be able to deliver to Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, remote areas, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies and Consulates.
Delivery times may vary during periods of excessive demand. If any delays are being experiences we will communicate this to you timeously.
We can only deliver items to physical addresses within the borders of the Republic of South Africa. No items will be delivered to a PO Box.
Deliveries are made Monday – Friday (excluding public holidays) between 08:00 and 17:00.
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please contact us at email@example.com if you would like to return an item. After receiving your request we will contact you in order to facilitate the return of the item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. From there the matter will be assessed and may result in either a refund or an exchange of the item.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
A partial refund may be given if the item is damaged or not in its original condition.
Any item that is damaged or defective when you receive it will be exchanged.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
